Return Policy

Products can be returned within 30 days for refund based on the following conditions:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, which includes getting the product to our warehouse in new condition. We recommend insuring the shipment.
  • Products must be received at our warehouse in 100% original, new condition packed with original packing material and in the original shipping crate (if applicable). It is very important to note that if the mirror has already been installed, it is almost certainly no longer going to be in 100% new condition.
  • Original shipping is not refundable.
  • Product upgrades are not refundable. Any installed upgrades will have to be uninstalled and the mirror returned to original condition before we can resell the product.
  • A $40 restock fee will be applied to each returned product to cover inspection and restock cost.

All products must be received back into our warehouse and inspected to meet our return criteria prior to refunding the purchase price.

All product returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to rejection or additional restock fees.
