This is a follow-up from my previous review. When you buy a product like this online, there’s always a concern about shipping, delivery installation, product quality & support. Mirrors & Marble has been responsive from day one. Two years after installation, I wrote with a concern, not sure if I’d even hear back. But they replied that day, took care of my issue and my three mirrors are still great. Highly recommend these guys— and I don’t often write reviews!

The mirrors we received came well packaged, it took a couple minutes to figure out how to hang them but everything worked out. And here is the results.

Sadly, I was hoping for the best, but after installation, the magnetic door latch fell apart and the door will not stay closed. The latch clasp is cheap plastic and dropped down out of sight inside the unit. I will have to replace the unit with something of higher quality.

I bought and returned 5 other similar mirrors (32" round double kit) looking for light bright enough to do make up (Amazon and Home Depot versions of similar were not. Also lumens aren't really commonly listed for items. Even after purchas packaging typically doesn't list it ). The customer care team answered all my emails with questions - lumens etc . I was nervous to order from somewhere not "big box" but I am very happy I did. It's perfection. It was packed very well and arrived quickly. Huge fan

We originally purchased these 2 mirrors 4 years ago. They look great. However they began to have a slight delamination issue. We contacted Mirrors and Marble customer service (Amy). They said to send pictures of the problem and the order number. We did. Three days later 2 brand new pieces of mirror glass arrived . Mirrors and Marble could not have been more helpful. It is nice to deal with a company that honors its product

We ordered an LED mirror from IBMirror and the lights were dim, so we took it back to Costco and ordered a similar mirror from you guys. It arrived well and installed easily - even though the instructions were missing. The lights are bright as they should be. We are very happy with our purchase.
I bought two 28”x40” side lighted (warm light) mirrors for our Primary Bathroom. I had our electrician hardwire them in.
They are beautiful. Gives off high end hotel/ spa vibes. Would highly recommend. They came packaged very well.
Warm light does not come off orange at all. Really nice!
Mirror looks great. Was reasonable to hang. Unfortunately it did not come with adequate hardware or any directions for hanging it. I called customer service with questions about directions, a template and hanging hardware and all they did was say they would inform management
I would buy from them again but be aware you need to figure it out yourself.
We installed this mirror as a replacement for a previous one on our wall. It is used for doing makeup in my wife's spa in Houston, Texas. Easy installation and does a great job. Fast delivery,too. Thanks.
