Product Return Policy
Products can be returned within 30 days for refund based on the following conditions:
- Products and packaging must be returned in brand new condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the shipment.
- Our cost for original shipping and handling is not refundable. We will deduct the original cost to ship from our warehouse to the original shipping destination + $15 handling cost per shipped mirror or medicine cabinet and deduct this amount from the refund.
- A $20 restock fee will be applied to each returned mirror or medicine cabinet to cover inspection and restock cost. A $15 restock fee will be charged for each product upgrade to cover the cost of uninstalling the upgrade and returning the mirror to original specification.
All products must be received back into our warehouse and inspected to meet our return criteria prior to refunding the purchase price.
All product returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to rejection or additional restock fees.
